Berry Bliss Yoghurt Parfait

Quantity Ingredients
170 g (¾ cup)

Greek yoghurt

Dairy Free Option - Coconut yoghurt

80 g (½ cup) Mixed berries
30 g (¼ cup) Granola
10 g (1 Tbsp) Chia seeds
10 g (1 Tbsp) Pumpkin seeds
5 ml (1 tsp) Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add half the yoghurt to a serving glass or bowl.
  2. Layer with berries, granola, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Repeat with remaining yoghurt and toppings.
  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Serve chilled.
