Greek yoghurt Dairy Free Option - Coconut yoghurt |
| 80 g (½ cup) | Mixed berries |
| 30 g (¼ cup) | Granola |
| 10 g (1 Tbsp) | Chia seeds |
| 10 g (1 Tbsp) | Pumpkin seeds |
| 5 ml (1 tsp) | Honey (optional) |
Instructions
- Add half the yoghurt to a serving glass or bowl.
- Layer with berries, granola, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
- Repeat with remaining yoghurt and toppings.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Serve chilled.
