| 15 g (1 tbsp) | Ground flaxseed |
| 15 g (1 tbsp) | Chia seeds |
| 20 g | Dried strawberries, chopped |
| 20 g | Dark chocolate, finely chopped |
| 15 g (1 tbsp) | Pistachios, chopped |
| 10 g (1 tbsp) | Shaved coconut |
| 10 ml (2 tsp) | Coconut oil |
| 5 g (1 tsp) | Cocoa powder |
| 5 ml (1 tsp) | Vanilla extract |
| Pinch | Sea salt |
| Optional | Extra shaved coconut for rolling |
Instructions
- Add dates, oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla, and sea salt to a food processor.
- Blend until sticky and combined.
- Fold through dark chocolate, dried strawberries, pistachios, and shaved coconut.
- Roll mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Optional - Roll in extra shaved coconut if desired.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
- Store chilled in an airtight container.
