Mama Milk Energy Truffle Bites

100 g (¾ cup)

Almonds

80 g (6 large)

Medjool dates

20 g (4 tbsp)

Unsweetened cocoa powder

30 g (3 tbsp)

Dark chocolate chips 70%

15 g (1 tbsp)

Coconut oil

1 g (pinch)

Sea salt

½ Cup

1 tbsp

Berries

Ground Flax Seeds

Instructions

·       In a food processor or blender, mix almonds and dates until a dough forms. 

·       Add cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips, melted coconut oil and sea salt and blend again until smooth. 

·       Using your hands, form small truffle balls.

·       Roll truffles with cocoa powder for coating.

·       Refrigerate for at least 30 mins.

·       Serve With Berries
