150 ml (⅔ cup)

Unsweetened Coconut Milk

130 g (1 cup)

Mango

80 g (½ cup)

Pineapple

60 g (2 cups)

Spinach

60 g (½ medium)

Banana

10 g (1 tbsp)

Flax seeds, ground

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk to a blender.
  2. Add mango, pineapple, spinach, banana, and flax seeds.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes if desired for a colder smoothie

Tip: Frozen fruit can be used instead of fresh & Ice cubes can be added
